October 7-8, 2022 was also the day of the launch of the
, which honor journalists & outlets that advocate for Julian Assange’s freedom. Richard was one of the 38 honorees in the inaugural class of 2022.
Richard also covered the High Court appeal in October 2022, at which Julian reportedly had a stroke.
